Pricing FAQ
When do I pay the leasing fee?
The leasing fee is only charged when we successfully place a tenant in your property. If we don't find a tenant, you don't pay.
What if my property is vacant?
You only pay the $59 base fee plus management percentage when rent is collected. During vacancies, you only pay the $59 base fee.
Are there charges for maintenance?
We don't mark up maintenance costs. You pay only what the repair costs, and we get competitive bids for any major work.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We'll prorate any differences.
